OVERVIEW
Kinetics, Inc. (Kinetics) is a high-technology research and development small business. Kinetics was incorporated in 1996 as a corporation in the state of Washington. Kinetics, Inc. was founded by Dennis Crow, who remains the sole owner/operator, President of the company, and the company’s Principal Scientist today. The Kinetics facility is in Washington State in the Columbia River Gorge Area, however Kinetics, Inc. works for customers across the country. We research, develop, and maintain EO/IR scene generation and phenomenology software in support of programs to test and evaluate the performance of various sensing algorithms.
